Normalcy, or something like it...

tomorrow, the Lady Pirate soccer team clashes with Pleasant Hill at Colver field at 1pm.



this weekend, I will spend quality time with my dogs for the first time in months (tennis balls, an open field....very relaxing)



early next week, I expect to get new information concerning my dad's health (lots of tests have happened over the last 24 hours) - not sure where that will lead...



and as the year moves on, I will settle back into the routine that preceded my venture into politics - not shaving as often, wearing an earring again, wearing jeans, etc...



but my voice is limbered up and ready to bring to the fray should it be needed, and given the state of Oregon revenue, school funding, affordable health care, smart growth, jobs, etc... I expect I will be speaking again soon.



this place will stay open for comment, and I will be opining here if something gets my hackles up or inspires me.
